The project includes the expansion and upgrade of the existing clay-lined two cell sewage lagoon, construction of compacted earth fill embankments, installation of a clay liner system using local borrow, construction of a forcemain intake, truck dump chute, transfer and discharge structures, desludging as well as fencing and other related site work associated with the creation of a two cell sewage lagoon with a combined capacity of approximately 100, 000 m3. An onsite prebidders meeting for bidding contractors will held on April 3, 2024. Attendees are to confirm their attendance for the site walk by email to rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca no later than 2:00 April 2, 2024. Emailed bid submissions will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, at submission@gov.sk.ca until 2:00 p.m., Saskatchewan Time, April 11, 2024 for completion of the wastewater treatment facility (sewage lagoon) expansion and upgrade at Moose Mountain Provincial Park.
