WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT SITIO DUEG, BRGY.MAASIN, SAN CLEMENTE, TARLAC

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the Supplemental Budget #1- 2024 intends to apply the sum of being Five Million Six Hundred Forty Eighty Thousand One Hundred Forty Five Pesos & 28/100 (Php 5, 648, 145.28) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Water Distribution System at Sitio Dueg, Brgy. Maasin, San Clemente, Tarlac / B-CW-2024-007-O. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
