Tenders are invited for Water Pipeline Replacement & Electrical Duct Laying for Hv Cables in Victoria (Albert Street).

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC-s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Monday 9th October 2023 to Friday 13th October 2023 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Monday 16th October 2023 at 10:00hrs at the PUC Conference Room, Electricity House, Roche Caiman

Followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visit on the project site on Monday 16th October 2023 after the pre-bid meeting.

Eligibility: All Locally Registered Contractors with a valid Class One (1) license for such work.

Subject: PUC intends to undertake water pipeline replacement and also electrical duct laying for HV cables in the Victoria area to upgrade the network. The Works shall comprise of the following:

1. Excavation and Backfilling works

2. Pipelaying works

3. Electrical duct laying works

4. Concrete and asphalt cutting works

5. Reinstatement works

6. Reinforced concrete works

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Water Pipeline Replacement & Electrical Duct Laying for HV Cables in Victoria (Albert Street)” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Monday 30th October 2023 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 30th October 2023 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.
