- This RFQ is open to companies or firms which are eligibly registered or authorized agents to offer provision of meeting services as described in the
specifications.
- Submission Deadline: The offerors should submit their quotation electronically. Final submissions will be due no later than December 20, 2023,
5:00pm, South Sudan time and submitted to afiawash.procurement@dt-global.com . Quotations submitted to any other email will be disqualified and
rejected by DT Global South Sudan - Afia Wash Project.
- Please refer to the RFQ Number in any response to this RFQ. Quotations received after the specified time and date will be considered late and
will be considered only at the discretion of DT Global, South Sudan -Afia WASH Project.
- All quotations must be signed and stamped by an authorized representative.
- The Offerors can submit their prices in their quotation format, but it must comply with the submission of all mandatory requirements.
- Quotations must provide a complete address, telephone number/s and e-mail address of the company.
- Quotations can be submitted by the offerors using their format but ensure submission of all documents herewith attached
