1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through Continuing Allotment CY 2020, Capital Outlay, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Nine and 89/100 (PhP9, 965, 499.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Waste Water Treatment Plant (400 Bed), J.R. Borja General Hospital; SN 247 -2023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.
