Eligibility of Tenderer : 15.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (05) years (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system).15.1(b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction, Installation, Testing of water/Waste-water/Sewerage/Effluent treatment plant of at least 1 (one) number contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05 )years, each with a value of at least Tk.1.50 crore .The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.00 Crore over the last 05 years.Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.00 Crore issued from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh, furnished unconditional credit line without alteration in accordance with the format attached in Section-8 of e-TD
