The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Dam Safety Program (DSP) is seeking to assemble an integrated team to perform inspection and assessment of the tunnel and penstocks and perform maintenance to downstream gates at the Waterbury Dam in Waterbury, Vermont, on a critical path schedule. The DSP is seeking technical and fee proposals from qualified Construction Managers experienced with critical path delivery, dam safety projects, dam tunnel, penstocks, and gates, management of subcontractors including divers and gate mechanics, and confined space entry safety protocols and requirements. Familiarity with the Waterbury Dam, the outlet works configuration and operation, flood control, Green Mountain Power-s operations, and competing reservoir uses is preferred.
