Description
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Western Currency Facility (WCF) located in Fort Worth, Texasrequires an upgrade to the existing analog Southwest Microwave system to a digital high-security volumetricperimeter system and install a fence mounted perimeter intrusion detection system.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the removal and disposal of oldhigh-security volumetric perimeter detection sensors and the installation of updated high-security volumetricperimeter detection sensors
All requests for questions and/or clarifications related to the RFP shall be submitted via e-mail toariel.dillon@bep.gov. All questions or requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing no later than12:00 PM CST, January 09, 2025. The Offeror shall note in the email subject line the Request for Proposal, 2031ZA25R00014 and “Request for Clarification.” Prospective offerors are cautioned against contactingGovernment technical personnel in regard to this solicitation prior to award of this procurement.
Proposals are due no later than 12:00 PM CST, January 22, 2025.
