An organized site visit has been scheduled for - January 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM CT. Participants will meet at- Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Western Currency Facility, Processing Center Entrance, 8900 Blue Mound Rd, Fort Worth, Tx 76131 Offerors shall identify all attendees from their respective team no later than January 16, 2025. Participants must have a valid, Government issued picture identification, driver-s license preferred, to gain access for the preproposal Site Visit. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Western Currency Facility (WCF) located in Fort Worth, Texasrequires an upgrade to the existing analog Southwest Microwave system to a digital high-security volumetricperimeter system and install a fence mounted perimeter intrusion detection system.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the removal and disposal of oldhigh-security volumetric perimeter detection sensors and the installation of updated high-security volumetricperimeter detection sensors
