Vendor needs to provide web hosting and mass notifications system.
- Solution Anticipated Capabilities:
● LDAP and SAML Compatibility (Infinite Campus and/or Class link Sources)
● Roles based access control with AD and Google groups
● Content moves with staff based upon directory import information
● User status import and user lifecycle import- active, inactive, archive, and delete
● SFTP or other data import from LINQ and other systems
● Primary and emergency contact data automatic import for parents, students, staff
● ADA Accessibility Compliant
● HTML5 (No Plugins)
● Calendaring (Nested calendaring that can push up to district, if approved)
● Automated Staff Directory
● Mobile Application that is more than simply pointing to the district website on a mobile browser. It should have a “feed” look and feel like other mobile apps.
● Multiple children in a household use the same interfaces across platforms or ease of use.
● Public records archive and communications safety must be included
● Teacher control of parent response or broadcast

● Hierarchical posting approval process for schools, departments, and district websites.
