Tenders are invited for Website Re-Design Services

Vendor needs to provide website re-design services to enhance the user experience (UX), simplify the content management structure, and provide improved citizen-centric information and customer service to the community, while meeting high standards for modern design quality and simplified visual appeal.

- Professional website re-design, development, and implementation services.

- Website content management software platform and content migration

- Website hosting

- Transition website to a new (.gov) domain

- Website content and sitemap review to minimize the number of web pages

- The vendor must create at least 3 design concepts for the city to review.

- The vendor will update the structure and hierarchy of the website.

- The vendor will provide access to city website administration staff before go live to ensure any issues that arise can be addressed and resolved expeditiously.

- The vendor will update and configure the new website on the new platform for the new domain.

- Testing will consist of hosting system, website transition to the new (.gov) domain, site map and content management testing, in addition to end user acceptance testing.

- The vendor will provide a website platform solution to be able to update and change content on the new website.
