This analysis aims to assess the current landscape of e-commerce courier services in the Western Balkans, identify key challenges and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improving the efficiency and reliability of delivery networks in the region. The main objectives include:

· Evaluate the current state of e-commerce courier services in the Western Balkans, including market size, major players, and service offerings;

· Assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) of e-commerce courier services in the region;
