The armed forces have a need to purchase wind protection for the company's waste bins, which are located at various waste stations (not environmental stations) around Berga, Muskoe and Vaeddoe. Waste receptacles are used by ships/vessels and therefore need to be located directly adjacent to them. The need hasarisen when there are usually winds whose strength varies but can nevertheless cause the waste containers to blow away from their original position. This means that it is of great importance that the waste bins have the required protection that can protect the waste bins during all the different seasons/weather of the year.
