Addendum No. 1 is not required to be submitted with your response to the solicitation.** THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to establish contract(s) to provide Windsocks which may be purchased by State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members on an as needed basis. Windsocks must meet the specifications as defined within Exhibit C of the Sample Contract. Responders must use the Exhibit D: Price Schedule (see the attachments posted to this event) to provide pricing. The Exhibit D: Price Schedule must be returned as part of your response. The initial term of this contract is anticipated to be from June 01, 2024, through May 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional two (2) years in increments determined by the State. The Contractor must provide adequate staff for customer service, order execution, order support, and overall contract management. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS.
