"Announced is the urgent need for a wireless intercom system for assault boats, work boats and push boats with encrypted, wireless bidirectional onboard voice communication for up to three boat crews imported into the Austrian Armed Forces. This wireless intercomanlage must ensure the simultaneous integration of the Donaufunkes SAILOR 6210 VHF (incl. successor products) and the VHF CONRAD radio device 96B and offer the technical suitability for use and operation on boats/ships under the climatic conditions usual in Europe (incl. Northern Europe).This wireless intercom system must be compatible with the INVISIO T7 hearing protection headset in conjunction with the V20 GenII control unit and the x5 headset as well as the R30 PTT.

Furthermore, the device must be watertight in accordance with MIL STD 810 (Procedure 512). It is also required because of the Dringlica wireless intercom (TLR8) that has already been introduced and is in use with references."
