Overview of Contemplated Contract:Notice is hereby given that the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Telus Communications Inc. (the “Supplier”) for the supply of voice and internet services for a 24-month term.
The high-level details of the services to be provided under the contemplated contract are generally described below:Managed Business Internet Services, 1GB Speed, for 1 location.WAN L2 Access and EVC, 1 GB Speed, for 2 locations.WAN L2 Access and EVC, 500M Speed, for 2 locations.SIP Trunking, New Service, for up to 16 lines with bursting add-on for up to 23 lines, at 1 office location.All of the above services will be provided for a term of 24-months, commencing on July 1, 2023. Contract Term and Maximum Contract Value:The total value of the contract for the above services for the 24-month term will not exceed $127, 000 plus taxes.
