Council is currently finalising an updated alignment option assessment for Wolgan Road which includes strategic design solutions. An initial route has been identified through a preliminary multi-criteria analysis, but further refinement is necessary. Council seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Professional Services Contractor (PSC) to further develop the Wolgan Road Reconstruction Project (WRRP) in finalising a strategic design solution that you will develop to a 100% concept design with planning approval, known as the Concept Design and Environmental Assessment Services (CD&EA Services). Please download and return a signed Corporate Confidentiality Deed Poll deed poll by you, the Recipient in accordance with section 127 of the Corporations Act and return it to the nominated email address on the form in order to receive the CD&EA Pre-Registration of Interest document.
