The Contract Duration is estimated at five hundred and forty-nine (549) calendar days from date of award. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This IFB will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be listed as a Full and Open Procurement.
