a. Software licenses for one (1) year for two (2) OFB Customer Support Agents for a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Customer Service solution with chatbot capability.
b. One (1) year software platform support:
• Email technical support
• 24/7 Live Chat support
• Online training portal
• FAQs portal
c. Training for Support Agents and Administrators, including training materials.
d. Implementation package with chatbot customization:
• Activate the license and create the OFBank instance
• Configure the flow of conversations with customers
• Set up integration with Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, x (formerly Twitter Direct), WeChat, Instagram Direct, Email, iOS, and Android SDK
