In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b), this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation. This notice is to determine the availability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required services.
Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors to provide the required annual Mettler Balance Calibration Maintenance for each of the following equipment and ensure performance to specifications:
Analytical Balances, Model# MS304TS/00, serial numbers: B606076259, B606076258 and B606076260. (3 total) Precision Balances, Model# MS6002TS/00, serial numbers: B606076262 and B606076261. (2 total) Balance MS 16001L/03, serial number: B550841535. (1 total) Precision Toploader, Model# PM34K, serial number: M33858. (1 total) Precision Balance. Model# PL303, serial number: 1226420594. (1 total)
Additional details and specifications can be found in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Anticipated period of performance will be May 30, 2025 - May 29, 2030.
