This requirement is to provide technical support and warranty for parts for the CDN, a critical communications Park infrastructure over a three-year period commencing after contract award.The required services are as follows:¿ Warranty Plus Supporto Priority Technical Support: Available 24 x 7.o Aviat Cloud Support Portal (Web Support): Available 24 x 7, Level 2.o Repair Services: 20 Calendar Day turnaround time (Unlimited) on Aviat Networks manufactured equipment.o Advance Replacement ¿ 3-5 Business Day turnaround time on Aviat manufactured equipment; Based on availability of inventory.o Repair Logistics Program - Aviat handles shipping both ways. ¿ ProVision Software Supporto Priority Technical Support: Available 24 x 7.o AviatCloud Support Portal: Available 24 x 7 Level 2.o Provide general availability releases and product updates to theCustomer free of charge during the coverage period.The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334220 with the size standard of 1, 250 employees.
