This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued in conjunction with FAR PART 13.106. BackgroundCBER Microscopy and Imaging core facility has Zeiss LSM710NLO, LSM700, and SD confocal microscope systems (s/n25020000400, 2801001090, and 3834002485) for cell, tissue, and animal fluorescence imaging. These Zeiss confocal microscope systems are heavily used at the White Oak FDA campus as a scientific tool in our research programs to support our CBER and CDER investigators.
