Scope of Work (Brief Description): The study objective is to upgrade additional LSFO to Petchem products while maintaining minimum LSFO for MEW.
The study has strategic alignment to achieve up to 1.6 MMBPD domestic refining capacity by 2025 with maximum conversion capabilities while ensuring maximum offtake of domestic heavy oil and meeting local energy demand and maximizing integration of refining and petrochemical operations domestically.
