Request for proposals are invited for Zoning of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning System (04th March 2022).
HVAC Equipment
• Procure and install VRF multi split system with cooling and heating for 23 sights rooms
• Supply all piping and accessories required for units to work
• Indoor units to be of wall type
• Outdoor units to be installed with a standby unit
• Refrigerant type to be of R32 or R410A
• Install isolation points and power supply to the new units
• Identify pipe route and make all openings required for pipe work
• Seal off and fireproof all wall openings
Ducting and Air Distribution
• Seal of existing supply air ducting to the 23 sight rooms at third floor.
• Tee off fresh air supply from existing ducting to new VRF split unit
• Perform duct leak remediation as required
Controls
• Install wall controllers in each of the 23 sight rooms
• Allow for provision for future integration to existing Building Management system.
