Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute, difference, controversy or claim ("Dispute") arising between GTS and the user (herein after cumulatively referred as the "Parties") out of or in relation to or in connection with the use of the website, shall be settled by the Parties by mutual discussion and negotiation.

If, for any reason, such Dispute cannot be resolved amicably by the Parties, the same shall then be referred to and settled by way of arbitration proceedings in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2021 or any subsequent enactment or amendment thereto (the "Arbitration Act").

All/any disputes related to the use of this website shall be referred to a sole arbitrator, to be appointed by GTS. The decision by the arbitrator on any matter submitted to arbitration shall be binding and conclusive upon the parties, their heirs, successors and assigns, as the case may be and they shall comply with such decision in good faith. Each party hereby submits itself to the jurisdiction of the courts within Mumbai for the entry of judgment with respect to the decision of the arbitrator hereunder.

The venue of arbitration proceedings shall be Mumbai and the language of the arbitration and the award shall be English.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The use of this website under these terms is subject only to the laws of India which exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all the above permissions, exclusions, licenses and conditions of use.
